The only thing better than owning a sailboat is having a friend who owns one!
It's true; the #1 reason these magnificent machines stay at the dock is because their skippers can't always find enough crew.
If you've ever dreamed of sailing or are a sailor who'd like to improve your skills, there's no better way than to join a crew and try racing! Likewise, if you own a sailboat but have been hesitant to enter your boat in a club race or regatta because you feel you lack the necessary experience or are unfamiliar with the rules, there's no better or quicker way to get up-to-speed than to recruit a couple of experienced hands.

Join us January 21st, 2012, at the Texoma Sailing Club clubhouse for our Sailor's Social & Crew Mixer. We will be serving FREE burgers, hotdogs and drinks.
Skippers will have the opportunity to meet local sailors (or folks who want to learn how to sail) and recruit them as crewmembers. Local sailors will have the opportunity to meet our skippers, see our lake and facilities and maybe even go out for a sail with your new crewmates. Either way, this event is your hook-up!
